Rain’s third teaser image for his new album “Duet with JYP” was released on the 28th.
Rain and Park Jin-young, who heralded the start of an exciting showdown by releasing a music video teaser video on the 24th, raised expectations for the release of the music three days away through the third teaser image on the extension.
The two, who showed off their colorful styling that is different from the chicness shown in their teaser images and videos, seem to be unable to stop arguing while walking. As “Duet with JYP” is known as a song about two men fighting over a woman, the tension between the two is expected to be an unusual signal.
Written and composed by K-pop’s leading producer Park Jin-young, “Change to Me” is a perfect reproduction of the atmosphere of New Jack Swing, a representative dance genre in the 90s, which adds analog sound to a powerful 8-bit rhythm. Just a few of the songs that were released surprisingly through Rain’s YouTube channel “Season’s Rain Season” are already drawing hot attention.
“Duet with JYP” will be released on December 31 at 6 p.m. on each music site, and Rain and Park Jin-young will present their first stage through the “2020 MBC Song Festival,” which will air at 9 p.m. on the same day.
